JOIN US ON THE FIRST SUNDAY OF EVERY MONTH FOR A REJUVENATING 60 MINUTE PRACTICE WITH CLAIRE FOSTER FROM THE AMBER ALCHEMY.

rise & align: yoga flow
Claire has designed a special Yin Yang flow with the intention of bringing awareness and wellbeing to your energetic, emotional, and spiritual bodies. This flow will help build strength, flexibility and balance in both the mind and body.
Tickets includes a cold pressed juice on arrival, and Meelup Dairy will be open for your morning coffee after practice.
BYO yoga mat/towel, all abilities welcome, bookings essential.
